By accessing or using MoneyFoam, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
Using MoneyFoam
MoneyFoam is a personal finance organization tool. You must use it lawfully, provide accurate account information, protect access to your device and Google account, and review imported transaction details before saving them.
Not financial advice
Budgets, analytics, categories, and financial health indicators are informational. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Detection accuracy
Financial alerts vary across banks and payment services. MoneyFoam may miss or misread an alert. Always compare your records with the official statement from your bank or payment provider.
Permissions and connected services
Notification Access, incoming SMS detection, and Gmail detection are optional features that require separate permissions or consent. Google Sign-In, Firebase, Gmail, banks, payment apps, Android, and device manufacturers are independent third-party services. Their availability and terms may affect MoneyFoam features.
Your content and records
You remain responsible for transaction records, notes, categories, and other information you add or approve. Do not enter passwords, OTPs, or information you do not have the right to process. Our handling of account and financial data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse MoneyFoam, attempt to access another person's data, interfere with app or service security, reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law, upload malicious content, or use MoneyFoam in violation of applicable law.
Availability and changes
Offline access and cloud synchronization are designed for resilience, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. We will update this page when these terms materially change.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MoneyFoam is provided on an “as available” basis without promises that transaction detection, categorization, analytics, synchronization, or reminders will always be complete or accurate. You remain responsible for financial decisions, payments, deadlines, tax records, and comparison with official bank or payment-provider records.
Account suspension and deletion
You may stop using MoneyFoam or request account deletion at any time. Access may be limited when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or maintain service security. Account deletion details are available on the Delete Account page.
